There are a few things to check:
- Make sure you are logging in with your username, not your email address.
- The password for the game client is the one you set in the Game Account section of your account — this is separate from your website password.
- Ensure you have created a game account from the Account section of the website. You can confirm it was created successfully if it shows as active on the main Account overview tab.
Yes. Your website account and game account are separate. After registering on the website, you'll need to create a game account from the Account section. This is the account you'll use to log in to the game client.
Check your spam or junk folder first — verification emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, you can request a new verification email from the login page.
Your game account password is separate from your website password. You can reset it by logging into the website and visiting the Game Account section of your account settings.
Log in to the website and go to Website Settings in your account. You can update your email address from there — you'll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
Make sure you have followed the installation guide specifically for Mac.
Please note that the client only runs natively on Intel-based Macs. If you have an Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, etc.), the client will not work without additional steps that we are unable to provide support for.
